Our Ethos
Baikie Corr Architecture passionately believes in the value of good design. We strive for bold, simple, and refined solutions for our clients.
The specific needs of our clients are always at the centre of our designs, and we pride ourselves on our thoughtful and clear communication for every project.
We design functional and comfortable spaces that respond to your needs and the surrounding natural and built environment. Our goal is to always create spaces that serve people and respect the value of place.
We live and work in Sydney, and love making this city better with every project we complete. We started our practice designing beautiful homes to live in, and this has informed everything we have done since. -
Liam Corr
Director | Nominated Architect
Liam loves solving complex problems, clean construction details, and building with raw materials like brick and timber. Liam has always been motivated by people, and believes architects have a responsibility to help people walk through the complex process of making buildings.
Growing up in Sydney’s north-west and then graduating from UTS, Liam appreciates both the refined design thinking and the practicalities of construction. Beginning his career designing houses trained Liam to consider budgets and time constraints, and his more recent experience working on larger commercial projects has trained Liam on how to deliver beautifully resolved buildings on complex existing sites.
When not designing buildings Liam can be found fishing, rock climbing, or slowly renovating his art deco apartment.

Jeffrey Baikie
Director | Designer
Jeffrey is a designer and maker. He loves to create objects, spaces and landscapes at the human scale. He values the importance of understanding how things go together and how can a design be improved. Through an iterative approach to design, he strives for refined yet functional solutions.
Growing up on Sydney’s northern beaches Jeffrey has always been fascinated with the architectural houses that are nestled along the coastline. With every project, his motivation is to design homes that complement the stunning location we are so fortunate to call home.
Outside of Baikie Corr, Jeffrey tutors evironmental design and construction subjects at the school of architecture and interior architecture at University of Technology, Sydney. On the weekends, you’ll find him restoring mid century furniture and pottering in the garden.
